All Calendula’s Garden products are made to order.
Shipping
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery in The United States and 30 days for international orders.
Cancellations
Once your payment and checkout process have been completed, we can not cancel your order, as we begin fulfillment immediately.
Returns / Refunds
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
When an order is delivered, we’ll automatically send an email. If your product arrives damaged, please use the link in this email to notify our Support Team and request a free replacement or refund. Within 30 days of receipt of the damaged product with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Once notified, we will replace the damaged product or refund the purchase amount.
